Basically a scam. Avoid like the plague. Terrible customer service. I couldn't understand 2/3 of what the person was saying and I know they were speaking English. Nothing personal towards who I spoke with, if you're expecting calls from America, you should have people who speak English answer the phone. I ended up paying for something I didn't want and had to pay for what I wanted again. Avoid this company at all costs
