I wouldn't give this airline even 1 star. It's the worst I've ever been on. No communication about the delays. After we boarded, we sat on the tarmac for another hour. We left 2.5 hours late with no updates. Every flight attendant said not to worry, our connection would be waiting. They all lied. We ended up in Santo Domingo with no help, and there was no plane waiting. They said we'd have to stay overnight and that they'd provide a room and transportation, but now I've been waiting in the airport for 2 hours. The employee keeps saying "10 more minutes." They don't care and they don't tell the truth. I will NEVER use this airline again! Stay far away.
