They say that when the shipment gets held up at customs, the package is lost and they don’t issue a refund, they only give you a coupon. I placed two orders: the cheaper one passed through customs, but for the more expensive one they said the package got lost and they wouldn’t refund it, just giving a small coupon as if I might shop with them again. More shipments get held up in customs than they claim, and there’s a 50% chance you won’t receive your package and they won’t refund you. Don’t throw your money away.
