Ordered from Zyra on 6/12, waited 3 business days (their timeline on the website) and still no update. I requested refund, but they stated item is in transit. I check the tracking number they provided immediately, no update. They have responded with the same excuse, telling me the item has shipped; this is blatantly false, as I sent them a screenshot in an immediate follow up, showing the unchanged status. They have lied to me plainly, and when calling them on it, they stick to their story. I doubt I’ll receive any product at this point, and a refund seems impossible as well.
