Company is in China, and their shipping tracking # (17.track) is sketchy. The tracking showed my item eventually made it to USPS in my city and was delivered to my mailbox, and it was definitely not. I know my USPS carrier and she is very observant and meticulous with our deliveries, and she did not have the package purported to be delivered at any time. I reached out to the company customer support and first, they told me it was delivered, and to check with my post office. When I told them I DID check with my post office, they said maybe the neighbors or other family member got it. I responded back NOPE, then they came back with "the tariffs are delaying orders, please be patient and wait for it", I responded back "NOPE, you said it was already delivered and it wasn't", and they responded back that it was between me and the post office, and they are not involved. SCAM COMPANY FOR SURE! Stay far away from them. Not only are they sketchy, but piss poor customer service and inconsistent responses to straightforward inquiries, adding the tariff delay excuse AFTER they claimed it had been delivered.
