I’ve been trying to call to cancel 2 subscriptions I do not need. Says too busy to talk and email. Unable to get through because email isn’t valid.

I ordered the $19 dollar package in June 2025. Here it is october and I have yet to receive anything at all. They have started taking $48 out of my checking account for the last 4 months. Again I hve recieved nothing for the $187 total they have taken from my account. I did NOT authorize this money to be deducted.
