My experience with Voozar I purchased a pair of glasses from Voozar after they were advertised as photochromic and providing blue-light protection. However, the product I received did not match the specifications advertised on the website. I contacted customer service to request a return and a full refund, but after more than 20 days of communication, the issue remains unresolved. I was offered 20 SAR as compensation, then 35 SAR if I kept the product, or I could return it while being charged an 85 SAR fee. I also found that the return policy on their website states that products with quality issues or that do not match the advertised specifications can be returned. Based on my experience, I recommend carefully checking the product claims and return policy before purchasing from Voozar.
