purchased an item several months back that was sold through this Venstore website. Yes, product did ship and arrived at my home. Now being charged a fee monthly from Venstore. Hopefully, have gotten it stopped, but now I want several months of charges that I considered faudulant. I Did Not sign up for an on going subscription to something I'd never use again.

Their "linen" dress was 95 % polyester, 5% elastine.It looked so awful, I didn't even try it on. When I ordered they charged me a non requested warranty charge and then a much larger charge 2 days later was never explained. I returned the dress. They say they will refund all charges, but I'm not holding my breath.

I purchased an indoor AC, the website states, owned and operated by Veterans in the US. The package came from China then was shipped from CA. Description online was very deceptive. VERY. Having trouble getting returned, then another charge was attempted, but I declined. Customer Service hung up on me twice.

I ordered a pair of shoes. the order added a 9.95 charge for shipping insurance. I had to call to get the charge removed before the order shipped. then i received a duplicate order. when i called to get a return label the rep was son rude. she said she didn't have to give me her name because she was a third party. when i couldn't five her the order # she started yelling at me and she eventually hung up. I was so upset.

This is a complete scam. I ordered through Amazon for a Bird Feeder. After several weeks I received a cheap piece of junk which was shipped from China to Reno NV. where a mailing sticker was placed on and ir was mailed. Two more times this company has tried to charge to my Visa but charges were denied. DO NOT Order from this place!

I bought something from them and canceled the order the same day. They refunded the money but then started charging my card $29.99 every month, if I had not noticed they would just be keeping the money X how ever many people they are also doing this too! BEWARE
