Prepayment of $2700 not refunded — company ignores all messages

Review:

I paid a prepayment of $2700 USD to Vel Point Limited on 27 May 2025 for their promised services.

After receiving the payment, the company stopped responding to my messages and refused to return the money.

All my attempts to contact them via email and WhatsApp were ignored. They continue to read my messages but do not reply.

Vel Point Limited is registered in Companies House (UK) but is not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) to offer financial or recovery services. This raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of their business.

I have submitted official complaints to Action Fraud, Companies House, and the FCA about their misleading and non-compliant behaviour.Please be careful and do not make any prepayments to this company.
