Exact same experience as Marti. Duplicate sizes, no response for return information, polyester fabric when site advertises linen sent e-mail requesting return info no response website has a detailed three page instructions on returns telling you to wait for instructions. this site should be shut down!

I purchased a dress from Urbanbrim and I do not like it and I have been trying to return it without success. I have emailed them three times and no one has replied to my emails. I will never order from them again.

I should start this by saying that I stopped myself before I actually ordered anything. I checked their domain registration against the address they give for returns. The domain registration is out of Hong Kong; their return address is Sun Prairie, Wisconsin. I could be wrong, but I believe I smell a rat here. I would not be comfortable ordering from them.
