Trip-sorted.com Low Trust Review: Is It Safe?

I went to the official KLM website to complete my check-in, but I was somehow redirected to TripSorted. After entering my details, the site asked me to pay €1 to proceed with the check-in. I paid it, received a confirmation email, and everything looked normal.

However, what happened in the following days was very concerning. TripSorted attempted several times to charge €79 from my account without any notice. After about a week, when I had funds available, they finally managed to withdraw the money. According to their explanation and my bank, I had supposedly agreed to some kind of three-month subscription, even though nowhere on their website was it clearly stated that paying €1 would result in an automatic €79 charge.

I contacted TripSorted politely and asked for a refund. The only thing they did was cancel the subscription — but they refuse to return my money, even though I never used any of their services after this so-called “3-day trial,” which also was never clearly disclosed.

As someone who doesn’t travel frequently and has no real use for their services, I find this business model deceptive and unfair.

My honest recommendation: avoid TripSorted.
