I ordered an airbed still have not received anything this is 3 months ago

They scammed and I ordered an electric blender at March and did not receive anything. They sent me an email and told me your order was shipped but they are lying that they are stealing money from people.

Well this site is a scam I ordered the pet fence never received it keeps telling me it's a waiting shipment get email saying it's sent out got another email saying in one to three days I will receive another email so I can follow my package site is a scam

I can’t believe I fell for it!! I ordered the dog fencing!! Said it was delivered. It wasn’t!! They told me to go look around and check with my neighbours!! And now they are saying the well return my money minus 10 for the expense they incurred!! WOW

Ordered a pet fence back in May still not shipped

I also ordered a self cleaning cat litter box but never received it. They said it was delivered. FedEx first said wrong address, $196. due, etc. I never received the product or my $ back. Scammers

I ordered a table and They took over time limits to delivery. I sent them email. However, They keep de-escalate and calm you down. Meanwhile, the order never deliveried.

What rubbish! It’s hard enough to live and raise kids let alone scum ripping off! ordered a cat litter box self cleaning, got a tracking code that was no go and they took double the money. So over these imprints…..

I ordered a blue up roll away bed for guests two weeks ago, never got it. Said it was shipped and to check tracking and it's still at the same place. When I tried to check today, it Said website couldn't be found. Shane on you!!! I knew something was up when I looked on fb and it said allot more than what they were offering.

Bought a automatic cat litter box that made it to USA and was sent back to warehouse...never got it

I ordered early January, nothing arrived so I just kept emailing them demanding my money back. They replied that they could refund minus $10 shipping fee. I reminded them that had scammed me and I refused the shipping charges as nothing had been shipped. After 3 months of emailing back & forth, my money was refunded. (In full).

What do I do if I ordered something and never received it. Any chance of getting money back?

I ordered Christmas merry-go-rounds (2) several weeks ago...Took my money no merchandise...DO Not Buy Anything from this company...It is a big rip-off...I learned my lesson..Shame on me....Never again...

I ordered their automatic selfcleaning cat litter pans. Paid for 2 items. Never received the items. They stated that they were delivered. Never received items. They promised a Voucher Never received items or voucher. All you get is a back and forth emails between customers services. Yes this is a major scam from the company named Tonedten. And if you receive a tracking number, it isn't A legitimate tracking number

i ordered a pet fence on Dec 28 2023 got email saying it was shipped on Feb 1 2024 got email on Feb 28 2024 saying it was delivered and signed for never received and none of my neighbors got it scam
