Ordered some fidget gear balls as stocking stuffers and gifts for friends on December 9th. They arrived after Christmas. I requested a refund before Christmas since they wouldn't arrive in time. I was asked to wait until they arrived.

When they arrived, not only were they too late, they're just awful. They're plastic and sharp and trying to manipulate them with fingers is painful. I have written several times and get the round-around each time.

I ordered 6 of them for a total of just under $70. First, I was offered $7 TOTAL! Today, I was offered $10 TOTAL! I was warned that returning them would be very expensive. (They'll need to go back to China, I think.) I'm guessing their strategy is to give me $10 to placate me and then let me keep the nasty "toys."

This company is not trustworthy, their shipping is horrible, and their product is terrible.

ordered some auto zoom glasses. The glasses I received are not as advertised. Customer service says I got exactly what I ordered. Supposedly they had to go through customs in Ireland. Not impressed!

No, I responded within the time frame for a full refund. They are stalling with a bunch of nonsense. Scammers!! I should have known. No more purchases off FB!! Total BS
