Buongiorno. Pare sia stato effettuato un abbonamento a mia insaputa con questo sito sdgbill.com tramite la mia carta buddy di Unicredit. Dopo varie telefonate sia con Unicredit che con buddy mi dicono che dovrei rivolgermi all'esercente per chiedere lo storno di questa cifra sottrattami che ammonta a € 156,97. Infatti il 27/11/24 € 1 che penso sia il costo abbonamento..poi 2/12/24 € 59,99 poi ancora 30/12724 € 59,99 ed infine 30/01/25 € 35,99 per un totale di € 156,97. Tra l'altro non so neanche che cavolo sia questo sito e non riesco a capire come possa essere successo tutto questo. La mia carta buddy da cui sgdbill mi ha addeditato queste cifre l'ho bloccata e annullata. Unicredit me ne ha inviata un'altra ma digitale che pero' ha conto = zero in attesa che sgdbill mi faccia lo storno ( sperabile..). Vorrei scrivere a questo sito annullando quanto in corso ma non riesco ad avere un contatto via mai. In sostanza lo debbl bloccare e chiedere la restituzione del denaro che mi hanno indebitamente sottratto. Grazie per un vostro cordiale riscontro a questa mia.
