The website blatently lies about their return policy. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM!!! They say on the website that you can return with a refund the product within 30 days if it meets the requirements. However once you get the product, they don't let you return it even though it meet 100% of their stated return policy! Descriptions and sizing are unclear so if the product is different than what you though or sized differently, they don't exchange or accept a return and refund.

Bought the dauchsund dog. On website it shows distinct legs and ears. What they sent me were 2 pieces of material sewn together. Flat piece of material that semi looked like a dog with a bag of stuffing for me to stuff it. Nothing like the picture. False advertising. I would never buy anything from them again and reported company to FTC, BBB and scam advisor. PayPal wouldn’t help me.

I ordered a couch and chair cover that very specifically says it has a non-slip backing. That is not the case at all, the nylon-style fabric on the front and the back are the same. I asked for a refund and label to return the item, they refused, and said what I received was what I ordered. I believe the description is false and they won't stand behind it. I am disputing with my credit card company.
