I thought I purchased a portable waste tank for my RV and I was charged by Rinjoix Tsim Sha Tsui. Never got a confirmation email or a order cancellation or refund.

If I could give these terr***** scam artists a negative rating, I would. I purchased an electric bicycle for my son from (what appeared to be) a Costco website. These disgusting human beings have the time to create a fake looking Costco website and essentially scammed me out of money for this product. I have screenshots and everything of the transaction. This is far from over with them for me. DO NOT GIVE THESE PIGS MASQUERADING AS HUMAN BEINGS A RED CENT OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.

I purchased a television from this company but it came up as costco.ca and I was directed there by the brick furniture store site. I ordered the television on July 10th and I have yet to receive anything from them. I did receive a confirmation email with an order number and that was it. The phone number is not a legitimate phone number and I cannot find any other information on them to reach them. I have tried to contact them with an email to the email address that was on the confirmation letter but it's not going through.but it's just not going through. Please do not order from this company. It is a scam.

I ordered a pool from them on July-21-2025. It was scheduled to arrive in 5 to 10 days. The merchant was listed as overstock.com when I placed my order. The immediately deducted it from my bank account and I never received the pool or any further emails aside from the first. I can't find a legitimate phone number to contact them. Apparently they're in Hong Kong.

Bought an item from DoingJapan.com, did a quick search (too late - my bad), realized it was likely a scam, so tried to call the number on the order email to cancel. The call dropped as soon as I called the number. I also submitted a customer service request to cancel the order, but no response. Looks like definite fraud. Going to wait until tomorrow to be 100% sure and then call the credit card company to contest the charge and flag the merchant as likely fraud.
