Zero stars. They pig butchered scammed me. First a mature aged man with eastern European accent called in response to an Instagram ad I replied to about learn how to trade crypto for free. Then "James Harrison" from resonaholding.com called me saying the company is based in London, then he set me up with an account manager named "Ruben grof" who called me the next day. Long story short. I confided in "Ruben" my priority was to have a child. I couldn't afford to risk what little i painstakingly had built up but he promised me he is coming to have a child with me and I'm his soulmate and I can change my life for the better to make my money work for me. I fell for it and trusted him. Became a silver tier client which they ganged up on me and told me account manager does quarterly visits for tiered clients. I invested tens of thousands of dollars. They ignored my support ticket messages. They ignored my withdrawal requests. They took resonaholding.com down early October 2025. I found resonaglobal.com several weeks later. They ignored my hundreda of messages before acknowledging me still without explanation what happened to website and my money. Then promised me liquidation of account and payout scheduled maximum 8 weeks later for Jan. 15,2026. They neglected to pay me and continued to ignore me. Then erased ally support ticket messages and still no response to withdrawal requests and Ruben is still receiving my messages on Whatsapp and they fraud pretend to be victims attempt to scam again
