FAQ
Is removesynthid.io safe?
Based on current analysis, removesynthid.io appears to be generally safe overall, although some caution points still remain. No major malware or phishing threats were detected during current checks. Basic verification is still recommended.
Why does removesynthid.io have mixed reputation signals?
Key factors include registrar information (NameCheap, Inc.) and hosting in US. Major malware and phishing engines did not report active blacklist detections at the time of review. The trust score blends security detections, domain and infrastructure signals, and on-page behavior patterns. Overall, this points to a mixed profile rather than a clearly safe one.

My experience with removesynthid.io has been extremely concerning. On July 11, 2026, I signed up for a $1 one-day trial. The payment was processed, but the paid service was not activated and my account continued to show the Free plan. I repeatedly requested cancellation because the dashboard did not provide the “Cancel Subscription” option advertised in the company’s own cancellation policy. Their support email, [email protected], was also unusable: every message was returned with the server error “554 5.7.1: Relay access denied.” On July 14, a representative finally contacted me through the website chat and stated in writing: “We canceled your account and refunded the $1.” Despite this explicit confirmation that my account had been canceled, the merchant later charged my card $108 for an annual subscription renewal. I had clearly and repeatedly stated that I did not authorize or want this renewal. I have reported the matter to Stripe and contacted my bank. I have screenshots, invoices, the written cancellation confirmation, the failed email-delivery notices, and proof of the $108 charge. Based on my personal experience, I strongly advise users to be extremely cautious before providing payment information to this website. The cancellation process did not work as advertised, the published support email was nonfunctional, and I was charged $108 after receiving written confirmation that my account had already been canceled.
