Complete ripoff in every way. I made one order, but two were placed and shipping was charged twice, once on the order and again in the confirmation email. Clicking from the FB ad, I was unable to choose shipping method and cost (it kept blinking out. When I tried the Place Order button it was greyed out, but it went through anyway and I was charged the expedited shipping amount. I sent an email shortly after getting the confirmations asking to cancel them after seeing reviews. They responded 6 days later saying it was too late to cancel, There's more too.

Company states it is a US based company on Wyoming when in fact it is a Chinese company and product is being shipped from China. I have no idea what will be showing up here but if it’s like anything made in china it will be cheaply made and have a terrible order. I never buy anything from china if I can avoid it. Only reason I bought item was because they lied and said they were an American company!

Quiltara has a great marketing strategy in taking money from their customers. Their products are not what they are saying the customer is easy lead. My opinion do NOT BUY from them Hannah George has sent me three emails with absolutely nothing in response to my complaint. Any thing connected with this company. Scroll pass as you will be terribly disappointed.

I reluctantly give them one star. The product you receive is not what is advertised. The quilting on the product is just a random machine made pattern. The item is finished off with a cheap grey seam binding. Quiltara claims this falls into the 20% difference you will see from the ad. They do not guarantee quality depending on the resources they have available to them. It is a no win situation. Definitely a scam.

Buyer BEWARE!!! My experience with Quiltara has been TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!! Quiltara makes it almost IMPOSSIBLE to communicate with the company. And, although their website refers shippng inquiries to a company called "Shop", I have not been able to get ABSOLUTELY NO SHIPPING INFORMATION. In my experience QUILTARA IS A SCAM!!!!
