I ordered the Berberine patches after seeing a video on their website...What I received some 3 weeks later was nothing that even resembled what was advertised.. First, the product packaging clearly stated Made in USA...the product was shipped from China. 2- the patches were approximately 1/2 inch square with a "microneedle" center... the advertising was FALSE as the ingredients that were listed on the box are non-existent... 3- I had 3 independent pharmacists review the patches and all 3 stated that the ONLY ingredient present was an adhesive ... I have been in contact with Customer Service Center several times over past 3 weeks...always same reply... "send photos"...as I am not able to supply photos of the product I received ( I don't know how to do that) I am left in limbo with NO resolution and a financial loss...I have asked for corporate headquarters info...(phone or address ) NO REPLY...as far as I'm concerned...this company deserves a 0 score for their lack of concern or any interest in resolving my issue...BUYER BEWARE...This product appears to be a SCAM
