Ordered some clothing but it was never delivered. They had a tracking site that showed it was delivered but it wasn't. I contacted them thru email and they said they resent the items. Again they never showed up. I asked for a refund and they offered a 70% refund? I again contacted them and they agreed to refund but said it will take 15-25 days? Pretty sure they scammed me.

I seen the advertisement on Youtube for (Openstyleshop) 5 pairs of pants for $29.99 plus tax and shipping....placed my order. 6 weeks have gone by and no pants have arrived...I should of known better. I believe this is a scam, not sure how they managed to get on youtube to advertise but they did...beware of this company. They will take your money!!! If I could leave no stars or negative stars I would. I tried the chat on their website and is fake. I email customer service and no response - lost my money - Youtube should do the refund for allowing fake advertisement

I ordered a set pants from open style shop on June 22nd. after almost a month the tracking site said it was in San Diego ready for Distribution. After five days of not seeing No change on the tracking site I went into the chat and told it's been in my town for 5 days and I havent seen my package yet. They got back with me and told me if the package doesn't show up let them know and they do what they can to figure it out or send me another package. Suddenly the tracking site said it was delivered but I never saw a package. I told him that and did what needed to do to have them resend it They acknowledged it and said I'll get another package in seven to 15 days. And that was today We'll see how it goes They are very responsive in the chat which could be just AI but I don't know It's July 24th 2026 today
