Absolutely terrible, I placed my order and waited ,I have 3 separate receipts but they were only able to hit my account 1 time , also all the email addresses they gave.me I never got a reply from

Who should I contact if there is someone I can contact about getting a refund is Amazon responsible? Any info would be greatly appreciated

I placed an order with Onufyg on feb 14 . They say contact customer service if you have an questions. There is no phone number no email address. It says my order has shipped. But that is all. I don 't know what to do if I am not getting product I geuss I should contact my card to see if I can get my money back.
