I ordered a gift for my neighbour on Oct 12th. The tracking website showed my package in Mississauga on Nov 10th. I checked daily, and it never changed. I contacted Ondirectly on Dec 1st to ask about my order. They checked and said there were no updates, so they would send it out again. I was pleased at this point. I checked the tracking on Dec 4th, and it said that my order was delivered on Dec 3rd, which is not true. I contacted them again, and they blew me off and told me to contact my local post office, which was no help. I never received my order. Wasted money and wasted time. I would not recommend ordering from them, obviously.
