I was hesitant to order at first because the website seemed a little off, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. I decided to take a chance, knowing I could dispute the charge if necessary. I’m so glad I did and the shoes are amazing, and I was pleasantly surprised by both the quality of the product and the excellent customer service!

Ordered their Korda Hiking Pants at end of July. Kind of forgot about them but realized I never received them...I emailed them and actually got a response from them saying they'll check into...but then...nothing. Pretty much sure this is a scam. Phone number goes nowhere. Lame.

Yeah... so I ordered their Korda Hiking Pants weeks ago and I've heard nothing. I've emailed support: nothing. I've called them: no one picks up. This is most likely a scam, or I just have very bad luck.
