I don't understand why websites like this are able to rip you off so easily. I recently put in the purchase for one...ONE ONLY... of their tripod style cell phone holders and when it gave me the final total it billed me for TWO and DID NOT apply the 15% discount code I was promised by submitting the code. I immediately tried to call and could get no live person to speak to in their customer service department AS USUAL and when I then emailed several times WITHIN 5 MINUTES OF THE ON LINE PURCHASE they finally got back to me and said sorry they can't cancel the order I would have to wait until I receive it and then return it to get my money back. This is a blatant ripoff and use of consumer funds to keep their company afloat by holding up the cancellation of transactions immediately after submitted which should not be a problem. I have canceled the credit card on my end and will report them to the California Board of accountability claiming Consumer Fraud if the total order is not canceled before my credit card is billed

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I've been waiting 3 fkning months for my product go arrive and it still has not came. Their website has a money back guarantee and they absolutely REFUSE to refund me after I have asked SEVERAL times. There is no customer service number you have to email them. Do not ever shop with these people unless you want to get scammed up the rear.
