I ordered from this company and actually received the product in what appeared to be brand new condition and it looked like what I ordered. Only problem is that the advertised functionality wasn't there so I tried to return it. First they offered to give me 20% back to just keep it (it doesn't do what I need so why pay 80%). After 8 weeks of back and forth and me spending money to send it back, it turns out I should have taken the 20% back... they have ghosted me, don't return emails and no refund. Total scam.
