I too purchased a pair of sandals and was highly disappointed by the quality and sizing. When I contacted Nexclio for a full refund, they beat around the bush by offering a 15% discount on a future purchase or a 15% refund. When I rejected their offer, they then proposed a 20% discount/refund. I also rejected this offer. I even got my bank involved but they said it was a legitimate purchase and they could do nothing.

What a scam outfit! Sent wrong items, then convinced AmEx to close the dispute because USPS had delivered me a package. I'm in the midst of reopening the dispute, but what a pain!

Do not order anything from this company

The product is awful.

They will not give you an address to mail it back. You have to call your credit card company to get the credit and block them from ever using your account

I wish I can put no stars for their company. The shoes are cheap made. They have the wrong sizes on their website for US. They also will not refund your money back. You will have to pay out of your pocket for a return.

Very cheap sandals. No support. Base of shoe is thin and I would not give you $5 a pair for them.
