I ordered a manual from mymanual7.com. The order indicated the manual would cost $1.99. Instead, I was charged $39.99. I find no way to dispute this charge or to request a refund. On a lighter note, the manual I received is very nicely presented and appears to be complete.

These people are a bunch of scammers. They charged me a low fee for a manual they did not have and then tried to extract £30 from my debit card. I had to cancel my card.
