Despite claiming that all orders ship from the U.S. for prompt and satisfactory arrival, it's evident that's NOT true. My order took over a month to arrive, and required LOTS of communication back & forth, asking where was my order, why did the tracking only say "the postal service has not yet received this package" and so on. You cannot reason with these (?) robots? people? fraudsters?? Whoever they are. When the items finally arrived, one did not fit, so I reached out about the return. Now, 3 email communications into that, they keep offering me lame amounts of money to keep the item rather than return it. I spent $54.99 on this sweater that doesn't fit, but they'd rather pay me $5, $10, or $20 to just keep it. I continue asking for the address for the return and continue insisting that I expect a full refund -- because they LITERALLY told me in an email the day before my purchase that refunds were accepted for reasons of size; but now they're changing their tune and saying otherwise. Bottom line: don't buy from them; but if you do, be sure to use PayPal or a safe payment method that keeps your financial info away from them.
