Absolutely do not purchase from Moravexa. After waiting 5 weeks, got notice at 3am my package was delivered. Notified customer service, they told me check with neighbors. I emailed back. They said they would reship express 8-15 days. Again, on the 15th day, at 3am was notified of delivery. Emailed back, they offered 70% refund as they had lost money as well. Absolutely not, I expect full refund. They finally agreed, and two weeks later, I received a 40% refund. Total scammers all they way around. Stay far away. Note also tracking website Track678 is noted on Google as fraudulent.

Absolutely will never ever recommend anyone use this company. I placed an order in MAY never received it. They stated they would resend NEVER GOT IT EITHER. So I demanded a refund. They stated they will only refund me HALF the money . Again it is now almost Aug and I've not seen the item or my money. It's sad, it's pathetic, it's stealing at this point. I will make sure to tell everyone I know not to use this company. 10/10 don't recommend.
