This place is a TOTAL scam... still waiting for my order from October last year... yes over 9 months ago. There are no phone numbers. --Even the credit card company said they see this place has been designated a scam, the CC company credited me back immediately-- no investigation.

So far, ordered in November, got a shipping email Dec 1. Shipping didn't update so I used the chat on Dec 8 with no response. Tried again on Dec 9th and got a response saying they hadn't shipped but I was in the queue for design. Website said allow 7 days for design. It had already been 9. A week later I asked for an update with no response. It's now the 23rd and still no response. Automated responses say it could be up to 1.5 months now. It feels very scammy to me. If I actually get responses and a product, I will update the rating, but for now, do not recommend. It's the no response that I don't trust.
