First of all, I don't even want to leave them a single star but that's the lowest rating I can give. DO NOT use this company at all! I ordered a flower wall before looking at the reviews. Something told me to look, however, after the fact. When I did and saw how the company has scammed many people, I decided to email them with a request to cancel my order. They ensured me that my order would arrive on time. I decided to trust them.

I never received the wall, which was for my 16 y/o daughter's birthday party. What a disappointment. I'm trying to get a full refund, but good luck if that happens. We have been back and forth over 20 emails now. They are only promising me a 65% refund at this time. I am requesting 100%, as the product never arrived. No proof of it on my Ring camera. No proof of anyone stealing any packages.

I'm extremely disappointed that people like this exist today. I am a hard-working mother of three who just wanted to give my daughter something special to take pictures with. Take my advice and save your money. Do NOT order from this company.
