for robot dog. O star rating. No one answers the phone or email message.

Cannot get refund or charge cancelled from scammer company

r from site. Bank takes 4 to 5 days to get charge removed from credit card.

HOW CAN I GET A REFUND ON ITEMS I NEVER RECEIVED. IT SAYS IT SHIPPED ON NOV. 4TH. STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED. I THINK THIS WAS A SCAM. TODAY IS DEC 2ND. PLEASE ADVISE AS TO WHETHER I CAN SOMEHOW GET A REFUND $139.90. I NO LONGER CAN TRUST THIS COMANY.
