Scam!! I ordered grow lights from Jinxiu Food Trading Inc on January 20, 2026. I was notified the product was on February 5th with an attachment of what appeared to be legitimate tracking information from Global Rapid Delivery indicating it had been delivered. I immediately responded telling them it had NOT yet been delivered, to which they replied: On Sat, Feb 21, 2026, 7:05 PM help wrote: Dear customer, I've also checked the logistics status, and it shows that the package has been delivered. Regarding the situation you mentioned in your email, I will report it to the logistics company and ask them to conduct an investigation. If there is any new information, I will contact you via email. Please be patient and wait. It's two months later and I keep getting the same BS response. The only thing I can think of doing is to report them to the Better Business Bureau. Save your money. The business is a scam.

Same as Ron Bush, paid for item on the 17th of Jan 2026, money was taken with do item sent. Also my credit card number was hacked with a over $400 dollar charge for Disney tickets. Had to report this and get a new card. This company are thieves.
