Absolute scam.

Every single comment I read on several review sites describes exactly what happened to me. I ordered the new foldable tripod MA38, clearly advertised with the following features:

180° rotation (swivel head)
Hidden hook (for attaching to edges, like a computer display)
Magnetic base
Arca-Swiss mount

What I received instead was the old X-99 model, which has none of these features — and it took weeks to arrive.

Just like many others here, the company insists they sent the correct item and then offers an insulting “compensation” of $3, later $6.

I made it clear that I would return the product only if they provided a prepaid return label, but they refuse — demanding instead that I ship the item back to China at my own expense.

This company’s behavior is completely unacceptable. They knowingly advertise one product and deliver another, while hiding behind unreasonable return conditions. Buyers, be warned.
