This company has really bad customer service. I got almost no updates on my product tracking. After two weeks of emailing, someone finally replied asking for my order number. But they never got back to me after I gave it. I finally got the Hidrive Pro 2, and it seems to work for now, but I doubt I could return it under their satisfaction guarantee policy if I needed to.
