If I could leave zero stars for this place I would I placed an order totalling $365.00USD back in April 2026 and still have not received my order and it's June14th! I reached to their customer service and got nowhere. I've asked for a refund at least 5 times and nothing. They tell me the pacakgae was received and signed for but they do not provide proof of signature. They sent a tracking number telling me it's a USPS tracking # I took it to my local post office they tell me thiat it's not a USPS tracking # and they have no record of that package coming to that Post Office.This site is a well run scam I have filed a dispute with my credit card company hoping to get some resolution. I'm not holding my breath but it's my last resort as I am getting nowhere with Harroom's customer service, or should I say lack of customer servoce people STAY AWAY!!

Pity I can’t give a zero. I bought 2 shirts from this outfit. They sent cheap crap which weren't the items I ordered. They offered me 20%. Shipping back to China was the same price as the goods. These guys are total crooks. Stay away from them. They are out to steal your money!
