Apex and www show the same store. No active phishing, malicious download or deceptive redirect was reproduced in the public pages and selected code reviewed. Three paid orders for a wooden cross, animal ornaments and a bookmark have matching delivered tracking in the UK. Company, contact, FAQ, return, shipping, privacy and service pages and selected telemetry code were reviewed. FAQ offers a non-expiring store credit after return; Return Policy instead promises original-payment refunds within seven days after approval. Its fourteen-day ordinary return window differs in scope from the FAQ thirty-day faulty-item notice and is not treated as a contradiction by itself. No restocking fee and at most one shipping charge are acknowledged. Terms say final tax is calculated during checkout, not after payment. External feedback includes deliveries and unresolved description, delay and refund disputes; no private transaction was adjudicated.
