**Title: MRBUERLY — DECEPTIVE PRODUCT ADVERTISING, STONEWALLING, AND AN OUTRAGEOUS REFUND PROCESS** BUYERS BEWARE! I believe Mrbuerly deliberately deceives customers about its merchandise and then makes obtaining a refund an absolute nightmare. I previously purchased suits advertised as LEATHER. THEY WERE NOT LEATHER. THEY WERE LEATHER-LIKE. I did not complain at the time, but consumers deserve to know that what this company advertises is not necessarily what they receive. On August 17, 2026, I purchased two additional suits for $230.83. They arrived September 6. The orange/peach suit advertised on the website appeared tan/brown when received. The green suit did not fit as expected. BOTH suits were made of extremely heavy, woolly material. NOWHERE did the descriptions clearly disclose that these were cold-weather suits. I purchase suits for YEAR-ROUND wear. There is NO WAY IN HELL I could reasonably wear these heavy garments during spring or summer. Had their true weight and seasonal limitations been disclosed, I WOULD NEVER HAVE PURCHASED THEM. HERE IS WHAT MAKES THIS EXPERIENCE ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE: SEPTEMBER 6: I contacted Mrbuerly THE VERY DAY THE SUITS ARRIVED, requesting a return and refund. SEPTEMBER 8: The company referenced an unrelated July order and claimed the return period had expired. SEPTEMBER 9: I corrected its mistake and supplied my PayPal transaction documentation. SEPTEMBER 10: The company responded about ANOTHER unrelated order! SEPTEMBER 18: I again demanded resolution. SEPTEMBER 21: FIFTEEN DAYS AFTER MY INITIAL COMPLAINT, the company finally acknowledged locating my correct order. FIFTEEN DAYS TO FIND AN ORDER IT HAD ALREADY SOLD AND SHIPPED! Instead of providing a reasonable resolution, Mrbuerly directed me to return the suits to CHINA at substantial international shipping expense, with a lengthy refund process. OCTOBER 4: I supplied the requested photographs of both suits, their original tags, and the advertised product image. OCTOBER 8: The company finally responded with an insulting offer: a 15% refund, approximately $34.62, on a $230.83 purchase, or pay substantial international shipping costs to return the merchandise. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I contacted this company immediately upon delivery, corrected its repeated mistakes, provided proof of purchase and photographs, and gave it more than a month to resolve the problem. AND THE BEST IT COULD OFFER WAS APPROXIMATELY $34? THAT IS ABSOLUTE BULLSHIT. Both suits remain UNUSED WITH THEIR ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED. I believe Mrbuerly DELIBERATELY MISREPRESENTED ITS PRODUCTS AND STONEWALLED MY REFUND REQUEST. PayPal subsequently closed my dispute under its 30-day filing deadline without deciding whether the merchandise matched the advertising. I am pursuing recovery of my money through Bank of America. I have the dated emails, photographs, purchase documentation, and correspondence to substantiate my experience. CONSUMERS BEWARE: YOU MAY NOT RECEIVE THE MERCHANDISE YOU EXPECT FROM THE ADVERTISING, AND TRYING TO RETURN IT MAY TURN INTO AN EXPENSIVE, EXHAUSTING ORDEAL. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND MRBUERLY TO ANYONE. I WANT MY FULL $230.83 REFUNDED. NOT $34. NOT STORE CREDIT. NOT ANOTHER DISCOUNT. MY MONEY!

This company is a scam. Sure, the customer service is useless and yes, deliveries take forever, but that’s not the worst part. The real outrage is what finally shows up at your door: items that look NOTHING like what you ordered. Wrong colors, crooked buttons, fabrics stitched together like a joke. It’s insulting how badly made these products are.

If you’re reading this, take my advice: don’t fall for their flashy online photos. They are pure bait, designed to trick you into wasting your money. I regret every cent I spent here, and you will too.
