Eviseren.com Reputation Check

I ordered this product thinking that it sounded like something I could really use. The order didn't arrive on time so I called the customer service line provided and made sure to speak with a person (this proved to be difficult). This person assured me that the address was corrected and that my order was on it's way. Two more times of repeating this exercise in futility and I began to suspect that it wasn't that the carrier is incompetent and can not get my address right no matter how many times I correct and instruct them but that this is really just an elaborate scam! Their customer service rep (whose voice I now recognize as being the same person all three times) was suddenly unable to assist me saying that I needed to contact the carrier. She actually said "we are not the scammers" (!) but, she would not tell me who the carrier is and claims that they (Eviseren.com) can not refund my money because I did not purchase this product from them. I most certainly did purchase from them and they are for sure the people who took my money. As for the alleged carrier: Yunexpress, they are impossible to contact as they provide a number that doesn't fit any known phone number format that I am aware of, are supposed to be located in Germany ( so how can they be making delivery to Denver, Colorado, USA?!). The worst part of all is that I'm still in love with the idea of dopamine patches and I still want what I paid for! I can't even figure out how to get my money back from these people though. They will not take accountability. I am positive that the fault lies with Eviseren.com and not anybody else whom they seek to blame.
