Apex and www show the same store. No active phishing, malicious download or deceptive redirect was reproduced in the public pages and selected code reviewed. Three paid Christmas craft-kit orders have matching delivered tracking in the US and UK. Public policies and selected telemetry code were reviewed. The browser shows a ninety-day money-back banner, while Refund Policy describes thirty days from purchase and fourteen days after delivery without explaining the ninety-day process. Return and replacement instructions mistakenly say to mail physical goods to an email address, although a Hong Kong return address is provided later. Full pre-production cancellation refunds, original-payment refunds in three to fifteen days after approval and seller-paid faulty-item returns are acknowledged. The sale-item refund exclusion needs clarification for defective goods. External complaints are unadjudicated, not reproduced fraud.
