Three paid ratchet tie-down orders have matching delivered tracking in Germany and Canada. Company, contact, return, shipping, FAQ, payment, privacy and service pages and selected telemetry code were reviewed. FAQ requests returns within thirty days, while Return Policy allows forty-five; card-refund timing is seven to ten versus fourteen business days. Root promises tracked shipping on every order, while Return Policy describes untracked free shipping. The explicit full refund after sixty days of untracked non-delivery and full defective-item refunds are acknowledged. Shipping asks for loss proof within five days after receipt, leaving tracked non-delivery unclear.
