Warning to Online Shoppers – Avoid essenarctice.com I strongly advise against purchasing from essenarctice.com. My experience with this website has been extremely disappointing and feels like a scam. I ordered two T-shirts in XL size, but what I received was completely different in size and quality—far from what was advertised. When I contacted their customer service, they refused to take responsibility. Instead of offering a proper exchange or refund, they offered a mere $10 compensation for a $50 purchase, which is unacceptable and insulting to any reasonable customer. ❗ No clear return policy ❗ Poor customer service ❗ Product does not match description or size ❗ Refusal to issue refund or correct the issue properly This is not how ethical businesses operate. Be cautious and protect your money—do not shop from essenarctice.com.
