It is a scam website, once you enter, it will ask to enable notification's. Than it will start sending fake security threat notifications (From Avast) and scare you into buying something. Its no worries though, as you can go to settings and check "Allowed Permissions" or something like that, and you should see this scam website there, remove it and your good. This doesnt give viruses however.
