Scam Operation – No Refund After 2+ Months, Ignored Repeatedly Do not buy from DVL Shop. This business is misleading, unresponsive, and does not honor its own refund or shipping policies. My experience has been deeply frustrating, dishonest, and unresolved even after months of trying to get support. They claim to be a UK-based store—but this is false. Their domain is registered in Arizona, and the return address listed is a private residence in Agoura Hills, California—not a warehouse or commercial center. There is no phone number, and the “official” email on their website doesn’t work. All communication came from a random Gmail account—completely unprofessional and suspicious. I placed an order for a time-sensitive event. Despite their stated shipping timeframes, they never provided tracking info until I repeatedly asked—and even then, the tracking went nowhere. I told them in advance to cancel the order if they couldn’t meet the deadline. They ignored this request. The product finally arrived late, poorly made, and completely mis-sized. I immediately requested a refund through their “30-day easy return” policy. After over 20 emails and multiple contact forms, they offered a partial refund if I kept the defective item. I declined and asked for the full refund as advertised. They stopped responding entirely. They later promised a refund over two months ago—but never issued it. I’ve followed up again and again with no resolution. This company appears to be intentionally avoiding its own policies to trap customers into keeping low-quality products and refusing refunds. Based on my experience, I believe this is a scam operation.
