Made some small orders and initially things went well. On my last and final order they sent an item that was basically crushed, compressed and flattened beyond belief. After far too many emails with their less than helpful customer support, they responded by telling me 'all items left in good condition' and that 'if I expected perfection then perhaps I should purchase higher tiered (and more expensive) products'. In other words, they were not willing to exchange or offer any form refund or reimbursement. Bottom line their cs personnel is terrible and as far as being a reputable company they are not even honorable with their products so in advance buyers be mindful of this. Based on my experiences with company, I simply can't recommend them for there are far too many comparable companies with basically the same products with much better customer support. Those other companies actually stand by their products!

Made a couple of purchases and things went well with the exception that they did not include free promo when order placed was more than certain amount. Despite a plethora of emails back and forth, company never honored their end and I never received promo item. Reluctantly decided to place a third order and highest dollar order to date and when it arrived I discovered that company failed to include an item ordered that costed over $100. However I was charged for it!!!! After another weeks worth of phone calls to a nonfunctional contact number, waiting and many many emails in which they claimed the manager was looking into it and were sorting through things the company flaked out and never either sent the item that was clearly paid for or refunded me for it. It was like they built up my trust so they could ultimately scam me!!!! Proceed with caution with this company because they will eventually attempt to scam you. Buyer beware --- caveat emptor!!!!
