I bought a light up eagle from my yard for the Fourth of July in June… I still have not received it and I have sent several emails to them with no response and on their website they show hours of operation to where you can call them but cannot find a phone number anywhere for them… This is a big scam I would never order from them i’m out $50… They suck! if I could give them zero stars I would, but they only allow you to go no further than down than one star

3 months and no resolution to my missing item. They were quick enough to debit my bank account! They will not refund my money but offer a voucher for a future purchase or I can order something else from them… REALLY WHY WOULD I WANT TO DO THAT ? DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a keychain on diyprintstudio. It took over a month to get and the name on it was backwards on the front side of the keychain. I am requesting my money back.
