A $45 charge showed up on my cc statement after a road trip, I could't find a receipt for it. When there was another recurring charge exactly a month later, I called the number for cwbll.com on the statement and it went just like Candee said in her review. No chance to talk with anyone to find out what the charge was for and the call was cut off after the bot stated that there was an error. There was no way to talk with anyone. To my chagrin, it necessitated my getting a new card with a new number. So frustrating!

They list ways of contacting them but all are bogus! No response to emails, no response to tickets, no live chat is ever available and when you call the number provided it says application error and hangs up on you!
