On 08/26/26 I attempted to make a purchase for 2 pairs of Crocs. Total order was $65.99. Discover initially denied the charge but I confirmed I was trying to make a purchase. I again tried to proceed several times but each was rejected so I gave up. I found a place on CrocsEcho site where I could see 3 attempts and cancelled each one. I subsequently went to check my Discover account and 2 pending charges for $65.99 which were later removed. I also, saw 2 pending charges for $75.82 which are still in dispute. Crocsecho never confirmed via email that a purchase had been made. Crocsecho never confirmed via email the amount of a purchase that had been made. Crocsecho never notified me that an item was shipped. Crocsecho never provided a tracking number. Crocsecho never sent a notification of delivery. Crocsecho never sent a response to my message sent on 08/27/26 – “Order Attempted - Charges Pending – CANCEL”. Although they have provided tracking numbers in their response to you which indicate that two separate deliveries were made to my address, I have never received a package. When called, both of the seller phone numbers provided (251-412-3539, 240-939-7220), are answered with, “Please record your message”, then a beep, then a disconnect. It is impossible to contact them via phone or electronically. I HAVED BEEN SCAMMED BIG TIME! Discover currently says I'm responsible for $151.64 - for items I never ordered or received.
