WOW was I fooled!!! I checked ComfiJeans return information before ordering and read that they would "promptly process your refund." A representative (Maris) contacted me after I requested a refund due to the pants being much too long (although I ordered petite) and also mentioning that the fit was off in the tummy area. She asked for pictures of the mailing label, tag on pants and full picture of the the pants. After jumping through the hoops, Maris responded with ... "no refunds once the product has been delivered" and "we are unable to offer further support." So .... I'm stuck with a $25.00 pair of pants that are too tight at the top and too long at the bottom and no refund possible. Beware of the statements regarding their return policy.
